We provide information about our experiences 1996/2020 about:
.- Sustainable Development (SD),
.- Strategic Planning
.- Sustainable Materials (SM) Straw Bales, and
.- Summary of a Research project (SDRP) 'constructing a sustainable building able to stand up and be habitable after an unforeseeable bush fire'. This project is at the Feasibility Study stage.
Our Main goal is 'to achieve a good Quality of Life and Excellence, in Peace and Happiness'.
DREAMS - are the beginning of our future, they turn into ideas that by 'Thinking and brainstorming' we ground them into 'Feasible Ideas'. Those are analysed and compacted in a Feasibility Study, which after been assessed considering Marketing, Human needs and Investments, converge into a Due Diligence Report, which is a legal and factual compromise. Soon after accountability and KPI’s are determined, to finally, by planning, we accept the challenge and consent to 'DO' it.
DO - are the conceptual tasks or activities we plan, design and develop. We execute them from now on, up to the end of the project.
Get Tested - It is a retrospective check off things and achievements done. We compare them with our KPI's with the aim of 'an Audit looking for improvement'.
KPI's are measures for reviewing success with regards to a phase of the project.
An Audit delivers a developed variation aiming to optimize the 'Strategic Planning' phase.
Excellence - is to be achieved by all members of the team and a Sustainable Project Manager that have experience and talents like:
Thinking with Passion, Intelligence, Creativity and Innovation
Doing with Efficiency, Integrity and Diligence, and have an
Attitude always positive towards Improvement.
